A Great Place to do Business

World Famous Alaska Lodge for Sale

  • A Historic Floatplane base - Float planes have been taking off and landing at the lodge since the early 50s when my partner's father flew fishermen from Anchorage to the property to catch King, Silver, and Red Salmon...making us one of the earliest fishing destinations in Alaska. In 2021 fishing was not even on the agenda for 20% of our guests...20% only fished once, and the other 60% did both types of activities.
  • 35 miles from Local airport - 2 commercial airlines provide regularly scheduled flights from the Kenai Airport along with Private planes and Leers and Gulfstream class planes, making access to the resort consistent, safe, and easy. We've picked guests up and had them depart via the Kenai Airport for over 30 years, flawlessly.
  • 2.5 hours drive time to Anchorage - The lodge is located on the incredibly scenic Sterling Highway, just 2 1/2 hours from the Ted Stevens Anchorage Int. Airport. The access is so easy and consistent that for over 30 years we offered daily van pickups for our clients right at their hotel. Guests can also easily arrive via rental cars, with lots of available parking.
  • 15 miles from the Central Peninsula Hospital - Another huge advantage to our location, we are just 15 minutes away from a Local hospital, allowing our clients a measure of peace of mind, should anything happen during their stay.
