Day 1-3Travel the historic Alaska Railroad from Anchorage to seaport town of Seward, then board a cruise of Kenai Fjords, where we’ll hope to see whales, sea lions, bird rookeries, Glaciers and more…following the cruise, a short boat ride brings us to Seacoast Adventure Camp for 3 days of wilderness kayaking. Your guides will prepare all meals and instruct you in paddling while you explore this truly amazing area. There will be time for an evening paddle (after initial instruction), before your first night in the wild. Overnight in nylon outfitter tents with sleeping cots. |

Day 4We’ll depart the camp early for the shuttle across the bay, and then hit an energetic hike into the Harding Ice field. After we break a sweat, it’s off to Sterling, where we’ll board our unique “Go-Devil” powered riverboats for the quick trip upriver to Kenai Wildlife Camp, our comfortable tent camp with a cozy day lodge, high wall tents and eco showers. This will be your home for the final 3 days of your Alaskan adventure. |

Day 5Salmon or Trophy Trout Fishing in the Wildlife Refuge is all that you’ve dreamed it could be – clear mountain water, beautiful drifts, and great fi shing. Two to four anglers per drift boat will wade the Upper Kenai River in search of Char, Sockeye, Silvers, and especially Rainbow Trout (Trout 6/15 - 9/30). |

Day 6Today float the clear mountain waters of one of Alaska’s most prodigious Salmon spawning rivers. This annual event brings Bear and Eagle in numbers to feast on salmon eggs and the carcasses of hundreds of thousands of dying salmon. This scenic fl oat will bring you memories that you will keep for a lifetime. |

Day 7This morning boat into the silent and animal fi lled Wildlife Refuge, Hike a Tundra game trail---then board stable river kayaks for the slow drift down the meandering stream of a Wilderness Paradise. You may opt instead to join a salmon charter on your last morning. Depart for Anchorage in the afternoon.Depart the lodge for Anchorage at 2:30PM aboard the fl oatplane from our dock or via the commuter fl ight out of Kenai (transfers not included). |
