World Class Alaska Sport Fishing Tours

Our original and still most popular and flexible Alaska sport fishing package. Complimentary Anchorage pickup the morning of your first day, 2 -7 day Alaska fishing tours with any day arrivals and departures, riverfront cabins with private bath and most with gas fireplace. Dependiing upon season, (refer to our seaonal chart or call us) you'll target the Wordl's largest King Salmon, spectacular trophy Rainbow Trout, Offshore halibut, Silver, Sockeye and Pink salmon and more. All inclusive deluxe lodge packages are based out of our riverside main lodge on the world famous Kenai River.

Day-by-Day Itinerary


Day 1

Day 1

We’ll pick you up at your hotel (3 designated pickup spots) in Anchorage at 7:45am for the scenic and comfortable trip to Great Alaska Adventure Lodge. After a thorough orientation, you’ll enjoy lunch and meet your guide and head for the fish- some to wade a mountain stream, some to drift and float tube at a Rainbow Lake, and others to work the river in a sled or drift boat. Some trips also begin with  lesson on fly casting to salmon on our famous record-setting beach.  

Day 2

Day 2

For those with us for 5 or more fishing days, your trip will include offshore Halibut, ling cod and often Silver Salmon in either Cook Inlet or Resurrection Bay.  Plumb the depths of Kenai Fjords National Park waters in the company of the towering glaciers and Killer Whales. This is a remarkable Alaskan experience. Those with us on 2, 3 or 4 day stays will wade or drift for Salmon and or Trout on this day.
Day 3

Day 3

Salmon fishing in specially designed river boat or drift for Salmon and Trout in stable Mackenzie River Drift Boats. And for variety in the experience, you may opt to wade a mountain stream for Char or float tube a Wilderness lake for Rainbow Trout. We will tailor the trips to your personal wishes. Many of our guests select an optional fly-out to a high mountain lake for Grayling on this day.
Day 3

Day 4

Your second Halibut/Salmon charter to the current hot spot---some days to Cook Inlet in view of 2 active volcanoes and other days in a return trip to Resurrection Bay to fill the freezer with more
Halibut.
Day 4

Day 5

Salmon or Trout- some in river boats for Salmon, some to drift for Trout and others to wade their favorite stream for Rainbows or Steelhead. It is your choice.

Day 4

Day 7

One final early “coffee to your door” wake-up and morning fishing charter in power or drift boat. Return to the lodge at noon for good bye handshakes and a 2:30 pm departure by shuttle flight or float plane (not included)

DayS 8-10

You can do it all- as often as you like, including a fly out to a mountain lake for Grayling and Rainbows..
