Great Alaska Office Positions 2017

Alaska Office ViewOffice staff positions concentrates on daily lodge logistics, phone based customer service, lead recognition along with some sales and marketing.  Rock Solid computer experience essential, knowledge of basic Microsoft© office software a plus and ability to learn new programs quickly a must. Must be organized, comfortable on the phone and be detail-oriented, as well as a "people person".  All office staff must be excellent on the phone and in person.

Office Manager- (position filled 2017) Manages office assistant and works with Accounting and other management staff as well as interacting with all incoming guests.  Must be excellent people person, comfortable with MS Office programs and able to learn new systems quickly.

Office Assistant- Computer, phone and sales skills required. Excellent phone presence and easy to be around.  Besides van driver, office staff is first face clients see, so all hires must have great and personality and be fun to be around.  Must be organized thinker. Love of the outdoors plus outdoor experience is a plus.  Extensive knowledge of MS office suite required along with great phone skills, self starter mentality and great work ethic.  Experience in the out of doors or fishing of course a big plus.
