Featured position:   #1 shuttle Driver

Main Anchorage Driver  - Standard 14 passenger vans from Anchorage to the lodge daily.  Hotel pickups, light sightseeing tour and customer service required.  Sparkling personality, excellent customer service and extensive knowledge of the area (we will train) are required.  Great personality, people skills, organized self starter key.  CDL license a big plus.

#2 Shuttle driver:  Backup of Anchorage driver on days off (2 or 3 days per week) plus driving standard full-sized and mini-vans in local Kenai/Soldotna/Cooper landing area. Airport pickups. Clean driving record is a must.  Daily client and guided shuttles as well as other general camp duties will be on your schedule. 


One of the most important aspects of a resort. We are looking for people with various skills. Problem solvers a must. Ability to work on a deadline, often long hours on a great team.

Fall crew - Great AlaskaCamp Assistant- All lodge and surrounding property maintenance. Good work ethic and ability to work long hours with a smile a plus. Many of our guides and other managers began here, working their way up the ladder.  Landscaping, recycling/trash program, vehicle shuttles, painting, cleaning, digging, etc!  For those that display a good manner with clients, camp assistants also have the ability to interact with clients (handling luggage, etc.)

Physical Plant Manager:  With nearly 25 acres, 30 vehicles and 16 boats, the physical plant management is a challenging job.  Extensive knowledge about vehicle maintenance, light construction/plumbing/electrical knowledge also.  Staff management is required, as you work with a staff to keep the grounds beautiful and the schedule running smoothly. The perfect job for someone who has handled a large plant but now wants to experience Alaska.  Daily managers meetings, excellent management support with regularly scheduled time off.

Lead Mechanic- varied, strong background in auto and other maintenance required. Mostly maintenance type skills but welding, major repair (motor replacement, transmission swap out, etc) and general electric troubleshooting/trailer wiring required.  Some skill with outboard motor basics also a big plus.
