Days 1 & 2: Depart the Anchorage Hotel at 7:45AM dressed for adventure, with a small backpack for Bear Camp. Following your arrival at the lodge, a detailed orientation, and a salmon bake lunch, you will fly into a mountainous, glaciered wilderness and land on the beach of our private Bear Camp. For two days your guide will escort you to strategic viewpoints and our camouflaged platform in a critical Bear habitat. Return to the main lodge in the late afternoon of Day #2 (see Bear Camp description on page 25). You can also opt to take an afternoon flight to Bear Camp later in the week and not miss any days of fishing. | |
